Product Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via our contact page. If your return is accepted, we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads and digital keys are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact us for assistance.
Service Refunds
Refund requests for consulting or project services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice issuance. Completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable.
Software Licenses
License purchases may be refunded within 14 days if the license has not been activated. Once a license key has been activated or used, it is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
